How can I earn Machines+ membership points for my online back order?  

Earning Machines+ points for your online back order is easy. Simply follow these steps:  

• Login to your Machines+ account and check out.  
• Once you’ve completed your purchase, membership points will be credited to your account associated with your registered mobile number.   

By following these steps, you'll earn Machines+ points upon collection.  

Do I need to make full payment for a back order? Can I make a partial payment?  

There are 4 payment options available for back order;  

• Full Payment: Pay the full price of the device.   
• RM300 Deposit: Pay a deposit of RM300.   
• RM300 Deposit with Maxis Plan: Pay a RM300 depository along with a Maxis plan.   
• Pay with Machines+ Points: Convert your Machines+ points to RM300 Deposit Voucher for your iPhone.   

Can I trade in my phone for a back order?   

Yes, trade in is applicable for back order. You can back order with a RM300 deposit, and upon collection of your new iPhone, you may trade in your current phone. The trade in value will be applied to offset the remaining balance. View the trade in price here.  

Can someone else help me collect my back order from the store?  

For security purposes, please follow these steps:  

• Contact us through our available communication channels to request a third-party collection.   
• Provide the necessary details and information about the person who will be collecting the back order on your behalf.   

Are instalment options available?  

Yes, 0% Easy Payment Plans are available. You can opt for up to 36 months with selected credit cards, and up to 24 months with debit cards when you check out with Atome, PayLater by Grab, RHB PayLater or SPayLater.

What if I missed my store collection date?  

If you fail to collect your device within forty-eight (48) hours from your selected date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount to you.  

Can I walk in to purchase on or after the launch date?  

Yes, you can. However, we strongly encourage you to back order online or in store to secure your iPhone.

Will you deliver my pre-order to East Malaysia?  

Delivery typically takes four (4) to six (6) working days.    

Can I cancel or refund my order?  

General cancellations and refunds are not offered. However, please reach out to our customer support at contact@machines.com.my for further assistance. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been packed and shipped from our warehouse.  

Can I change my device specification after payment?  

No, changes are not allowed. However, if you wish to change or upgrade your order, please email our customer support team at contact@machines.com.my to cancel your current order and place a new one. Standard terms and conditions apply.  

How do I pay the remaining balance for Shipping and Same Day Delivery options?  

A balance payment link will be sent to the email address you used to register on the checkout page.  

How do I pay the remaining balance for Pick-up In Store option?  

You can pay the remaining balance in store when you collect your device.  

What happens if I make the balance payment after the cut-off date?  

If the balance payment is made after the cut-off date, your iPhone will be delivered or available for pick-up in a later batch.

When can I start paying the balance?   

The balance payment link will be sent to your registered email within twenty-four (24) hours.  

If I make the balance payment right before the cut-off date, will it affect my collection date?  

No, it will not affect your collection date. However, please ensure that you complete the balance payment before the cut-off date; otherwise, your order will be allocated to a later batch.  

Can I pre-order an iPhone and sign up for a Maxis plan? 

Yes, you can. On our website, select Maxis under the pre-order options. Pre-order the iPhone with a RM300 deposit and select the Pick-up In Store option.  

How do I know if I am eligible to sign up with Maxis? 

Please enter your IC Number on the checkout page. Maxis’ customer care team will contact you to arrange for walk-in registration. 

Can I pre-order with Maxis if I am not a Maxis user? 

Yes, if you plan to switch your line from another operator, you can sign up for a device contract and collect it upon successfully switching to Maxis. 

If I fail to sign up for a contract with Maxis, can I get a refund or cancel my order? 

Yes, you may cancel the order, and Machines will refund the RM300 deposit to you. 

If I have an existing contract with Maxis, am I eligible to sign up for a new Maxis device contract? 

Please check with Maxis to confirm your eligibility. 

Can I change my iPhone variation when I Pick-up In Store?

No, you cannot. Once you have placed your oder, the iPhone details are confirmed and cannot be changed.

What do I need to bring to collect my order from the store?

To collect your order from the store, please ensure you have the following items:

• Order Confirmation Email: This email serves as proof of your order and is essential for verification.
• QR Collection Email for Pick-up In Store: The QR code provided in this email is required for the collection process.
• Identification (IC): Your identification card is necessary for verification purposes upon collection.

Please ensure these items are ready to enjoy a smooth and hassle-free collection experience.

How does Pick-up In Store work?

• Step 1: Checkout at the Machines online store and select “Pick-up In Store”.
• Step 2: Select the nearest outlet or the Special Launch Event ground at 1 Utama Shopping Centre (19 Sep to 21 Sep 2025), and select preferred date and time.
• Step 3: Complete your order, and we will email you the “Pick-up In Store” QR code.
• Step 4: On the selected date and time, show the order confirmation email and QR code to our staff to collect your device.
  

How does Same Day Delivery work?

• Step 1: Checkout at the Machines online store and select “Same Day Delivery”.
• Step 2: Enter your address and postcode for verification.
• Step 3: Complete your order on the Machines online store.
• Step 4: Receive your iPhone on the first day of launch*.

*Delivery on the first day of launch is subject to the time your order is placed and the Same Day Delivery cut-off times.

What are the cut-off time for Same Day Delivery? 

Same Day Delivery services are available only on weekdays. There are 2 cut-off times which are:

• First Delivery Order placed before 12pm will be delivered from 3pm onwards. 
• Second Delivery Order placed before 5pm will be delivered from 6pm onwards. 

What is 0% Easy Payment Plan?

A 0% Easy Payment Plan allows you to make purchases without being charged any interest.

What are the available Easy Payment Plan options? 

You can choose from six (6) to thirty-six (36) months, depending on your bank's offerings.

Are there any additional fees?

No interest or hidden charges will be applied to your Easy Payment Plan purchase. However, please check with your bank for any additional charges they may impose.
