3. What’s are the RM100,000 worth of prizes?
   It is the total value of all the prizes and vouchers giveaway during the roadshow, providing students with discounts and exclusive offers.
4. Can I purchase an Apple device during the roadshow?
   No, purchases cannot be made at the roadshow. However, you can visit our nearby Machines store to make your purchase.
5. How long will the roadshow be in each location?
   It is based on scheduled date between 9am-6pm. Come visit us during this time to enjoy the full range of activities we have plan for you!
6. How can I redeem the voucher?
   To redeem the voucher, visit any Machines store near your campus, choose your desired items from a list of selected items, and provide the voucher code during checkout.
7. Is the voucher applicable for online purchases?
   No, the vouchers can be used for in-store only.
8. Can I share the voucher with my friends or family?
   No, the vouchers is non-transferable and meant for individual use only.
9. What happens if I don’t use the full voucher amount in one purchase?
   Any remaining balance after the first use will be forfeited, as the vouchers may apply
10. Are there any specific items excluded from voucher redemption?
    These vouchers is generally applicable to all items, but certain exclusions may apply.
11. Can I combine multiple vouchers for a single purchase?
    Only one (1) voucher can be used per transaction. Combining vouchers are not allowed.
12. Can I use the voucher in conjunction with other ongoing promotions?
    These vouchers can only be used on conjunction with our ongoing educational promotions. Students can enjoy exclusive discounts and benefits specifically tailored for educational offers.

What is the program and how does it work?
This is the Education Rebate Program which is specially designed for college and university students and faculty members. College and university students and faculty members can enjoy exclusive education prices for a brand new Mac or iPad in Machines under this program.

How do I know if I qualify for UNiDAYS?
Students who attend college or university that are given a personal institution email address or credit card style student ID issued directly by their institution qualify for a UNiDAYS account. Students must be over the age of 16 to qualify for a UNiDAYS account.

How do I sign up for UNiDAYS?
Students must first visit UNiDAYS websiteor download the UNiDAYS app, input your information there and login to retrieve your Eligibility Code (EC).

I am not a student but I work for an educational institution, can I have a UNiDAYS account?
Only students are eligible for a UNiDAYS account, means that we are not able to continue with the verification process for the members of staff for an educational institution.

When you go through the registration process and are asked for your institution name, there is an option showing Can’t Find Institution. If your institution is not listed, please click this link.

How do I redeem a code?
To redeem a code, please log in to your UNiDAYS account to get your Eligibility Code (EC). Please show the EC to the Machines staff and they will assist to key it into the system to redeem for the Education Pricing for you. Please note that you are required to register with UNiDAYS before you can enter the code.

Can I purchase via credit card installment?
Yes, you may purchase the Education Rebate Program via installment up to 36 months.

I would like to trade in my old Apple device, is it possible to use the my old device trade in value to purchase with the Education Rebate Program?
Yes, you may trade in your old device with us and still enjoy the Education Rebate Program with us.

I have received my UNiDAYS Eligibility Code, but when is it expiring?
The UNiDAYS’s Eligibility Code is valid throughout the duration of the Education Rebate Program until used.

Product eligibility
Program rebates are available for selected MacBooks, iPad, and AppleCare products (Eligible Products).

Customer eligibility
Only students who are currently enrolled in the National University of Malaysia and whose enrolment has been verified by UNiDAYS are eligible for the student discount. Each such student is eligible for a maximum of one (1) rebate on iPad, one (1) rebate on Mac and one (1) rebate on Apple Pencil during the Calendar year. Campaign eligibility Applicable continuously for UKM students until further notice.

Rebate Structure
UNiDAYS Eligibility Code is unique per hi-ed student and will allow them to purchase one (1) iPad and one (1) MacBook.

How to Use Eligibility Code

• Our staff will assist you with your student offer. We will verify your information and guide you on how to get your Eligibility Code (EC).
• Once that process is done, you may select your preferred iPad and/or Mac of choice and completed by purchasing your preferred product(s) with the UNiDAYS student offer.
