A. Machines Vouchers
  1. Machines Vouchers (Vouchers)are valid for thirty (30) days and begin at the point of purchase.
  2. Vouchers are available in limited quantities based on programs and promotions.
  3. The purchase value must exceed the voucher value.
  4. Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  5. The value of the voucher is not replaceable if lost or damaged.
  6. Only one (1) voucher will be issued per transaction on a first come first serve basis.
  7. Only one (1) voucher redemption is allowed per customer per transaction.
  8. Vouchers are issued when promotion’s terms & conditions are met.
  9. Vouchers are issued at the point of purchase and can only be used for the next purchase.
  10. Vouchers are delivered to customers upon payment completion.
  11. Vouchers are not transferable among recipients; each voucher is unique.

B. Usage and issuance of Vouchers
  1. Vouchers usage and redemption channel is based on the channel of payment (Online/In-store). Example, if purchase is made online, Voucher code will be emailed and redemption of the voucher code must be made online.
  2. Minimum purchase value depending on the promotion is required in order to receive vouchers.
  3. The type of payment solutions used (e.g.,Bank Instalment selection) may influence voucher qualification.
  4. Vouchers will be issued with the purchase of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac unless otherwise stated.
C. Rewarding of Vouchers
  1. Online Vouchers
    1. Customers who completed and made full payment for online purchase will receive their complimentary voucher(s) via email.
    2. Vouchers will be sent within seven (7) working days to the registered email used upon checkout.
    3. Buy Now Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) purchases are defined as online purchases.
    4. All online purchases which completed #1 regardless of delivery method (BOPIS, Normal Shipping, and Same Day Delivery) will receive vouchers via email within seven (7) working days.
    5. Online Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.machines.com.my.
  2. In-Store Vouchers
    1. Customers who completed payment made in Machines stores will receive their complimentary voucher(s) in-store.
    2. In-store vouchers will be given out immediately in-store upon payment completion.
    3. In-store vouchers are only valid for redemption in Machines stores as listed on www.machines.com.my/pages/locations.
D. Apple Accessories Vouchers
  1. Machines Sdn Bhd (Machines) have the complete right to determine and define items known as Apple Accessories.
  2. Airpods Series and Apple Pencil Series are excluded from the Apple Accessories listing.

  1. Promotion Period

    This promotion is valid from 22 September 2025 for a limited time only. Machines reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  2. Eligibility

    a. Applicable only to new backorders for iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, and iPhone Air placed on or after 22 September 2025.

    b. A backorder is defined as an order placed when no ready stock is available and no confirmed delivery date is provided.

    c. To qualify, the backorder must be collected or delivered with a collection QR dated 10 October 2025 or later.

    d. The order collection QR date must be a minimum of 18 days after the backorder placement date.

    e. The following are not eligible:

    • Backorders placed from 22 September 2025 but fulfilled before 10 October 2025.
    • Backorders placed and fulfilled before 22 September 2025.
    • Walk-in purchases made when stock is available.
  3. Promotion Rewards

    Eligible customers will receive:

    • One (1) Complimentary AirTag worth RM139, limited to the first 2,000 backorders.
      • One (1) RM120 Accessories Voucher.
    • 2x Machines+ Points, capped at the first 50 million points issued.

    a. Customers will receive two (2) unique voucher codes via one (1) email within seven to ten (7–10) working days after collection or delivery:

    i. RM120 Accessories Voucher Code – Rewarded based on the purchase method:

    • Online backorders (with shipping option): Customers will receive an e-voucher redeemable on Machines.com.my.
    • In-store and BOPIS backorders: Customers will receive a voucher code redeemable in-store.

    ii. AirTag Voucher Redemption Code – Rewarded based on the purchase method:

    • Online backorders (with shipping option): Customers will receive an e-voucher redeemable on Machines.com.my.
    • In-store and BOPIS backorders: Customers will receive a voucher code redeemable in-store.

    b. Machines+ Points will be credited to the customer’s membership account within seven to ten (7–10) working days after collection or delivery.

  5. Voucher Terms

    Each voucher code is valid for one (1) transaction only.

    Vouchers are unique, non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.

    Vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

    The RM120 Accessories Voucher is applicable for Apple Accessories and redeemable according to the purchase method:

    • Online backorders (shipping): redeemable on Machines.com.my.
    • In-store and BOPIS backorders: redeemable in-store.

    The AirTag Voucher is redeemable according to the purchase method:

    • Online backorders (shipping): redeemable on Machines.com.my.
    • In-store and BOPIS backorders: redeemable in-store.
