How does it work?
We’ve made it easy to trade in an eligible device at a Machines outlet or online when you make a purchase.
  • Outlet Trade-In: You may choose to receive instant credit to offset your purchase on the same receipt, request a Machines Gift Voucher with 1-year validity, or have the trade-in value credited to your bank account within 3 working days.
  • Online Trade-In: Follow the simple steps above to check your estimated trade-in value. Online trade-in is currently available only in Peninsular Malaysia.
What devices are eligible for trade-in?
Selected smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, MacBooks, and AirPods are eligible for trade-in, subject to device model, manufacturer, and physical condition. For trade-in pricing, please tap the link provided above for both online and outlet options.
  • Online trade-in is available only for selected smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and MacBook.
  • For smartphones and tablets, an internet or Wi-Fi connection is required to complete and submit the online diagnostic process.
  • For smartwatches, MacBook, and selected tablets, please contact customer support via +60 17 880 0684 / +60 12 941 7355 (WhatsApp) for assistance to proceed with your trade-in.
  • Once your order is placed, you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange the pick-up or drop-off schedule at your selected address and preferred time.
  • The final trade-in value will be confirmed after the device condition is re-evaluated upon collection at the designated collection point.
  • The device value will be credited to bank account directly upon confirmation.
  • Trade-in is available when you make a purchase at Machines outlets.
  • All devices will undergo a thorough inspection before being accepted for trade-in at Machines outlets.
  • The final trade-in value will be confirmed after the crew completes the device inspection.
  • Please note that the trade-in price may differ from the table above depending on the actual device condition.
  • Please remove your SIM card, disable Find My (Device) or Google/Google ID, and remove any account locks before proceeding with inspection.
  • The trade-in value can be used to purchase any item at Machines outlets, including iPhones, iPads, Mac, Apple Watch, Beats, or accessories.
  • For smartphones and tablets, the original box and charging cables are not required.
  • For smartwatches and MacBooks, please bring the charging cable.
