1. Who is eligible?
  1. The Applicant must beregistered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
  2. Applicant must have at least one (1) year of operational track record and annual turnover of not more than RM50 Million.
  3. The director/signer must be a Malaysian.
2. What are the documents we required
  1. Front and back NRIC of Directors / Shareholders / Proprietors / Partners
  2. Business Registration Forms
  3. Latest 3 months company bank e-statement
3. What are the minimum and maximum financing amount?
The minimum financing amount is RM10,000 and the maximum financing amount is RM100,000
4. What are the minimum and maximum financing tenure?
The minimum financing tenure is twenty-four (24) months and the maximum financing tenure is thirty-six (36) months
5. Do I need any guarantor?
Minimum one guarantor from the business owner or director.
6.How long is the loan application processing time?
It only takes around ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes to apply, subject to completion of mandatory documents and verification.
7.How long is the loan approval process time?
It only takes 2-4working day to process.
8.How will I know my loan application status?
You will be notified via SMS and email registered with us.For successful loan application, we will contact for the signing of Hire Purchase agreement.
9. Can I apply for multiple financing application?
Yes, the initial payment consists of one(1)month instalment and two (2)months prepayment payable in advance, processing fee, stamp duty and deposit (if any).
10. Do I need to make any upfront payment?
Yes, the initial payment consists of one (1) month instalment and two (2) months prepayment payable in advance, processing fee, stamp duty and deposit (if any).
11. Do I need any insurance coverage?
Comprehensive All-Risk Insurance coverage is included and calculated into the monthly instalments.
12. How much is the late payment charges?
0.065% calculated on a daily basis on any outstanding balance owing under the Hire Purchase contract.
13. How can I make payment for the monthly instalment?
Internet banking, Direct debit or JomPay. Example:- Ref-1: Contract No Ref-2: Handphone No
14. How can I check my loan repayment status and loan balances?
Kindly refer to Credit Control Department at +603-2632 7000.
15.Can I make early settlement to my loan?
Yes. To make an early/full settlement for your Hire Purchase financing, kindly refer to Credit Control Department at +603-2632 7000.
