Machines Clearance Sale - Terms & Condition

Terms and Conditions

1.0 Hours of Operation

1.1 Machines Clearance Sale is a THREE (3) DAY event and will take place at Hall 1, Level 5, the Starling mall on the following dates:

2.0 Payment Method

2.1 Only payments made in Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Amex, and Mastercard are accepted. All payments must be made in full by cash or by cards for purchases made at Machines Clearance Sale.
2.2 eWallets, Easy Payment Plans, instalment plans and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) are not available during Machines Clearance Sale.
2.3 An individual e-invoice must be issued at point of Sale for any single transaction with a total value of more than RM10,000.
2.4 For individual e-invoice issuance of total value over RM10,000, customers are required to share tax information and billing particulars at the counter to complete the transactions.

3.0 Product and Prices

3.1 Quantities and specifications of items will vary based on availability. There will be no product restock once product is sold out.
3.2 Goods are sold based on first come first served basis, and while stocks last.
3.3 Offers and prices are applicable during the Machines Clearance Sale 2026 only, and not applicable at any other Machines stores or Machines website.
3.4 For ex-demo units, there is a restriction of only one (1) unit per category per customer per purchase. Multiple ex-demo units per customer per purchase is strictly not allowed.
3.5 The AirTag (1st Gen) RM9 promotion is available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 250 units redeemed daily throughout the 3-day promotion period, with a maximum purchase limit of 2 units per customer, while stocks last.

4.0 Warranty & Refund

4.1 All items sold at Machines Clearance Sale are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable, in part or in full.
4.2 All items sold at Machines Clearance Sale are on an “AS IS” basis. Machines will assume no responsibility for any cosmetic imperfections, incomplete or missing accessories (if applicable), and any other conditions.
4.3 All demo and opened items sold at the Machines Clearance Sale are no longer applicable for warranty from Machines, regardless on software and hardware. Demo units are NOT covered under any form of warranty, including manufacturer warranty.
4.4 There will be no application services of screen protector or other accessories for any purchased devices during Machines Clearance Sale.

5.0 Entrance to Machines Clearance Sale

5.1 Products displayed for Sale are not allowed to be opened without the assistance of the Machines Clearance Sale staff or promoter.
5.2 Machines Sdn Bhd reserves the right to govern customer entry and exit at the event. In the event of overwhelming participation, Machines Sdn Bhd may, at its sole discretion, implement early closure or restrict access as deemed necessary at any given time.
5.3 Strictly no handbag, helmets, food, drinks, pets and camera allowed inside the event hall at all times. Other prohibitions are applicable on case to case basis when deemed necessary, at the discretion of the Machines Clearance Sale security personnel. The security personnel reserve all rights to refuse entry to anyone into the venue.

6.0 Machines+ Membership & Points

6.1 No Machines+ points will be issued out for any purchases made during Machines Clearance Sale.
6.2 Machines+ points redemption and any other voucher or gift card redemption are not accepted during Machines Clearance Sale.
6.3 To gain entry to the Machines Clearance Sale during the Machines+ members' preview on
Friday, 19 June 2026, all Machines+ members will need to login to the Machines+ login page and flash the Machines+ My Account page for entry.
6.4 There will be no registration of Machines+ membership at the event location. To sign up for Machines+ membership, please visit our official website here and sign up beforehand.

7.0 Miscelleanous

7.1 Machines reserve absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to add, alter, modify, change or vary the Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion.
7.2 All information including prices are correct at time of printing/publish and is subject to change without prior notice.
7.3 Colours and specifications shown may vary.
7.4 Stocks are available while stocks last.
