Terms & Conditions
  1. This campaign ("Activate & Win RM500") is organised by Machines Sdn Bhd and is open to customers who purchased an iPhone from Machines via online or retail channels (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or Walk-In) during the campaign period.
  2. Campaign period: 18 September 2026, 6:00 AM – 18 November 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia time).
  3. To enter, participants must submit a valid order number, iPhone IMEI number, and a screenshot of the iPhone's Settings → General → About page showing the IMEI.
  4. One (1) entry per iPhone IMEI and email address. Multiple entries using the same device or email will be disqualified.
  5. Two (2) winners will be selected via random draw from all valid entries after the campaign period ends.
  6. Each winner will receive one (1) RM500 Machines online voucher with no minimum spend, valid for 30 days from date of issuance.
  7. Winners will be announced via Machines' official social media channels and notified by email. Machines reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or invalid.
  8. Machines employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  9. Machines reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, your personal data (name, email, phone number, order number, and device IMEI) is collected solely for the purpose of administering this campaign.
