We’ve made it easy to trade in your eligible device either at a Machines outlet or online. For outlet trade-in, simply visit your nearest Machines store and our crew will inspect your device to provide the final trade-in value, which can be used instantly toward the purchase of a new device.

For online trade-in, select your new device, complete a few simple steps to receive an estimated trade-in value, and enjoy instant deduction at checkout. Our team will then arrange delivery and collect your current device, while the final trade-in value will be confirmed after device inspection upon collection.

What devices are eligible for trade-in?

    1. Promotion period

      This promotion is valid from 28 April 2026 for a limited time only. Machines reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

    2. Eligibility
      • Applicable only to new backorders made for MacBook Neo placed on or after 28 April 2026
      • A backorder is defined as an order placed when no ready stock is available and no confirmed delivery date is provided.
      • To qualify, the backorder must be collected or delivered with a collection QR dated 22 May 2026 or later.
      • The order collection QR date must be a minimum of 21 days after the backorder placement date.
      • Following are scenarios that are not eligible for the promotion:
        • Backorders placed from 28 April 2026 but fulfilled before 22 May 2026
        • Backorder placed and fulfilled before 28 April 2026
        • Walk-in purchases made when stock is available.
    3. Backorder Promotion Reward

      Eligible customers will receive 2x Machines+ points, capped at the first 8 million points issued.

    4. Reward Fulfilment
