  2. Payments made for services under this battery campaign promotion are non-refundable and valid only during the stated period at selected Apple Authorized Service Provider locations in Kuala Lumpur (Midvalley, The Gardens & Pavillion KL) and Melaka (Aeon Bandar Raya Melaka).
  3. Payments made for services under this battery campaign promotion are non-redeemable if not used within the promotion period or any extended appointment period. This promotional price is valid exclusively for battery replacements and does not apply to any other types of repairs.
  4. Customers must bring their iPhone to the store for a mandatory diagnostic check by MACHINES personnel before proceeding with any purchase.
  5. Machines Service Sdn Bhd will contact the customer to schedule a battery replacement appointment within 2 weeks of part arrival.
  6. Repairs will be completed within 4 hours for customers with confirmed appointments made before 2PM. The latest collection time will be 7PM. Appointments made after the 2PM cutoff will be scheduled for the next business day.
  7. Machines Service Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any loss of data whatsoever during the course of repair. Customer are advised to back up the data and turn off “Find My Device” in your device prior to sending it for repair.
  8. A quotation will be provided if the repair cannot be completed due to damage or other functional issues. A diagnostic fee of RM108 (inclusive of 8% SST) will be charged if the customer cancels or chooses not to proceed with the repair.
  9. Parts are ordered directly from Apple and may be subject to stock availability and delays could occur.
  10. If any unauthorized modification component found by Machines Service Sdn Bhd, additional RM270 penalty (inclusive of 8% SST) will be imposed.
  11. If any damage occurs to unauthorized parts or units during the repair process, Machines Service Sdn Bhd will return the device in an unrepaired condition according to Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty & Repair policies.
  12. All charges must be settled in full before collection of the device. Machines Service Sdn Bhd reserves the right to retain the device until full payment is received.
  13. Any faulty part replaced, whether under or beyond Apple warranty coverage, it will becomes the property of Apple and will be returned to Apple.)
  14. A 90 days limited warranty is provided exclusively on replacement parts or unit used during the repair or for the remaining period of the existing device warranty coverage, whichever is longer. The warranty becomes valid only after the repair is completed and the customer has collected the item. If the item is not collected within 15 calendar days after the repair completion date, the warranty will automatically commence on the 15th day onwards.)
