Pre-orders for the iPhone 18 Pro Series start on 12 September 2026 at 8:00 p.m. and will be available from 18 September 2026 onwards. Pre-order for the Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5 starts on 11 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and will be available from 18 September 2026 onwards.

Where can I find the pre-order links? 

Pre-order links will be available on the Machines website once pre-orders begin.  

How can I earn Machines+ membership points for my online pre-order? 

Login to your Machines+ account before checking out and completing your pre-order. Machines+ points will be credited to your account within fourteen (14) working days after collection or delivery.  

Do I need to make full payment for a pre-order? Can I make a partial payment?

 There are three (3) payment options available for pre-orders: 

• Full Payment: Pay the full price of the device.  
• RM300 Deposit: Pay a deposit of RM300.  
• Pay with Machines+ Points: Redeem your Machines+ points for an RM300 Deposit Voucher to place your pre-order.   

When can I receive my iPhone order? 

• Orders placed before 12 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. - Delivery / Pick up In Store from 18 September 2026 onwards.  
• Orders placed after 12 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. - Delivery / Pick up In Store from 24 September 2026 onwards.  

Can I trade in my phone for pre-order? 

Yes. If you pre-order with an RM300 deposit, you can trade in your current phone when collecting your new iPhone. The trade in value can be used to offset the remaining balance. View the latest trade in values here. 

Can someone else help me collect my pre-order from the store? 

For security purposes, please follow these steps: 

• Contact us through our available communication channels to request a third-party collection.  
• Provide the necessary details and information about the person who will be collecting the pre-order on your behalf.   

Are instalment options available? 

Yes, 0% Easy Payment Plans are available for up to 36 months with selected credit cards. Instalment options are also available with BNPL methods (Buy Now Pay Later) via SPayLater, Atome and PayLater by Grab with SPayLater offering tenures of up to 36 months.   

What if I missed my store collection date?

 If your device is not collected within forty-eight (48) hours from your selected collection date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount to you.  

Can I walk in to purchase on or after the launch date? 

Yes, walk-in purchases are available from launch day, subject to stock availability. However, we strongly encourage you to pre-order online to secure your preferred model.   

Will you deliver my pre-order to East Malaysia? 

Yes. Pre-orders placed between 12 September 2026 and 17 September 2026 will be shipped out from 18 September 2026 onwards. Delivery typically takes four (4) to six (6) working days.  

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Cancellation requests may be considered only if your order has not been packed or shipped from our warehouse.

Please contact our Customer Support team at contact@machines.com.my for assistance. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.   

Can I change my device specification after payment?

No. Once your order has been placed, device specifications cannot be changed. If you wish to change or upgrade your order, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@machines.com.my to check whether your existing order can be cancelled. You will then need to place a new order. Standard terms and conditions apply. 

How do I pay the remaining balance for Shipping and Same Day Delivery options?

A balance payment link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.  

How do I pay the remaining balance for Pick Up In Store option?

You can pay the remaining balance in store when you collect your device.  

What happens if I make the balance payment after the cut-off date? 

If the balance payment is made after the cut-off date, your new device will be delivered or available for Pick Up In Store in a later batch. 

When can I start paying the balance?

 The balance payment link will be sent to your registered email address within twenty-four (24) hours. 

If I make the balance payment right before the cut-off date, will it affect my collection date? 

No, as long as the balance payment is completed before the cut-off date. Payments completed after the cut-off date will be allocated to a later batch.  

Can I change my device specifications when I Pick Up In Store?

No. Once your order has been placed, the device specifications cannot be changed.  

What do I need to bring to collect my order from the store?

 To collect your order from the store, please ensure you have the following items ready: 

• Order Confirmation Email: Required as proof of your order for verification. 
• Pick Up In Store QR Collection Email: The QR code in this email is required to process your collection. 
• Identification (IC): Required to verify your identity upon collection. 

Please ensure you have all these three items ready when collecting your order.

 How does Pick Up In Store work? 

• Step 1 – Check out on the Machines online store and select "Pick Up In Store". 
• Step 2 - Select your preferred Machines outlet or the Special Launch Event at 1 Utama Shopping Centre (18 Sep to 20 Sep), followed by your preferred collection date and time. 
• Step 3 - Complete your order. A “Pick Up In Store QR Collection Email” containing your QR code will be sent to your registered email address. 
• Step 4 - On your selected collection date and time, present your Order Confirmation email and Pick Up In Store QR code to our staff to collect your device.  

How does Same Day Delivery work? 

• Step 1 - Check out on the Machines Online Store and select "Same Day Delivery". 
• Step 2 - Enter your delivery address and postcode for verification. 
• Step 3 - Complete your order on the Machines online store. 
• Step 4 - Receive your iPhone on the first day of launch, subject to your order being placed within the applicable Same Day Delivery cut-off time.

What are the cut-off times for Same Day Delivery? 

Same Day Delivery services are available only on weekdays. Delivery times are based on the following order cut-off times: 

• First Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered from 3:00pm onwards.  
• Second Delivery: Orders placed between 12:00pm and 5:00pm will be delivered from 6:00pm onwards. 

What is 0% Easy Payment Plan? 

A 0% Easy Payment Plan allows you to make purchases without being charged any interest. 

What are the available Easy Payment Plan options?  

You can choose from six (6) to thirty-six (36) months, depending on your bank's offerings. 

Are there any additional fees?

No interest or hidden charges will be applied to your Easy Payment Plan purchase. However, please check with your bank for any additional charges they may impose.
