The Machines+ membership is a loyalty program owned and managed by MACHINES SDN. BHD. (“Machines”), and it is applicable at all participating Machines Stores, official online stores (www.machines.com.my), and Machines Mobile App in Malaysia. Machines reserves the right to decline membership without prior notice for those with a revoked past membership or deemed ineligible at Machines' sole discretion, including violations of laws, regulations, or Service misuse as stated in these terms and conditions.
By using the Machines+ membership, you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
  1. MEMBERSHIP
    1. You must be aged 18 years or over in order to be eligible to apply for the Machines+ membership. Machines+ EDU membership with UNIDAYS verification is eligible for students over the age of 16.
    2. You may apply for the membership at Machines official online page or Machines Mobile App by completing the application form and providing your personal information as requested.
    3. Each customer is allowed to sign up for only one (1) Machines+ membership account, regardless of any tier between Machines+ Premium, Machines+ Elite or Machines+ EDU. The membership is strictly for individual members and is not transferable for family sharing, company, or corporate accounts.
    4. Both the mobile number and email address provided during registration must be genuine and accurate. This information is necessary for maintaining your membership and accessing exclusive benefits.
    5. Employees of Machines Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries are not eligible for Machines+ membership.
    6. Machines has the right to modify any Terms and Conditions related to the Machines+ membership programs at any time, without prior written notification. Members are obligated to adhere to all changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
    7. Machines reserves the right to refuse or disable additional accounts at any time without prior notice. All benefits are non-transferable, not for sale and can only be used by the individual who is named or registered for the membership unless expressly stated otherwise.
    8. Membership will terminate automatically upon your death or when you are declared bankrupt and points earned not redeemed at the time of death or declaration of bankruptcy, will be automatically forfeited.
  2. USE OF THE MEMBERSHIP
    1. You must provide your registered mobile number to the cashiers at any of the participating Machines stores prior to the item(s) being scanned each time you make a purchase in order to earn or redeem your points. Machines are not obliged to backdate any point transactions.
    2. As a Machines+ member, you are required to provide your registered mobile number for any points redemption to offset for the purchases at any of the participating Machines Stores.
    3. Machines has the sole and absolute discretion to refuse processing any points collection / redemption request made by you, in the event Machines suspect of any fraudulent activities related to your membership account.
    4. All applicable taxes herein shall be borne and payable by you.
  3. POINTS
    1. Points are awarded based on the Member’s Tier as follows:

      Examples on how the points are earned:
      1. If you are a Machines+ Premium member and you purchased a device at RM5,499, you will earn 5,499 points.
      2. If you are a Machines+ Elite member and you purchase a device at RM5,499, you will earn 10,998 points.
        (Points earned excludes the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, taxes and/or shipping and payment via redemption of points, gift cards, e-gift cards, gift vouchers, vouchers, discounts).
    2. Points earned from eligible purchases will be credited to the member's account within twenty-four (24) hours from the transaction time. The company reserves the right to adjust the points or delay crediting in the event of technical or verification issues.
    3. Points are not available for redemption immediately after the transaction. Redemption can only occur once points are successfully credited to the account. Points will be deducted automatically from a member's account upon redemption of Machines voucher(s).

      Maximum two (2) Machines vouchers, i.e. RM 60 (10,000 points) can be redeemed per transaction. Once the points are converted to Machines voucher, it cannot be canceled and points cannot be refunded. Machines voucher is not exchangeable for cash or converted/ refunded into points. Machines vouchers are not valid for use with any ongoing retail promotions. Points collected are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, prizes, credit or any products except for those stated in the Machines+ membership (if any).
    4. Points collected are not transferable to another member and are not allowed to merge with another Member’s points.
    5. For Machines+ Premium and Machines+ Elite, points shall be valid till the end of the twenty-fourth (24th) calendar month and end of the thirty-sixth (36th) calendar month for Machines+ EDU, commencing from the date the points are credited to your membership account. Points validity for Machines+ EDU remainder points earned but not redeemed will change to the end of the twenty-fourth (24th) calendar month validity once the Machines+ EDU membership tier is automatically converted to Machines+ Premium member tier upon the end of the Machines+ EDU member’s graduating year.
    6. Earn at least 10,000 points in a calendar year (12 months) to be upgraded to Machines+ Elite. Once you are upgraded to Machines+ Elite, you will enjoy two (2) points for every RM1.00 spent. To maintain your Machines+ Elite tier, you are required to spend RM10,000 within twelve (12) months starting from the date you are upgraded to Machines+ Elite.
    7. Machines has the right to reverse the points earned at any time if products or goods purchased at the participating Machines Stores are returned for any reason and a full or partial purchase price is refunded to yourself, as the case may be. This also applies to exchange of products, unless the exchange of products are of equivalent values.
    8. Points awarded and/or points redeemed for every purchase may be reversed and/or canceled if Machines discovers that the points were earned and/or redeemed not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or due to any unavoidable system or record error.
    9. The official Terms and Conditions contained herein on the website serves as the final reference. In the event of any discrepancy between information presented on the website and statements made by in-store staff, the details provided on the website shall supersede and serve as the primary reference. Machines is under no obligation to award points for any disqualified transactions or illegal transactions.
  4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
    1. You may cancel your membership by request at any Machines Stores, or by email at contact@machines.com.my to indicate your intention for cancellation, or directly through the Machines Mobile App. Upon cancellation, all remainder points earned but not redeemed under your canceled membership will be forfeited and Machines will not be liable for any compensation or refund in relation to the forfeiture.
    2. If the membership is deleted via the Machines Mobile App, members will be given a thirty (30) day grace period to request recovery by contacting Machines Customer Care. After the thirty (30) day grace period, the membership account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be reinstated.
    3. In cases where a member requests recovery but has already registered a new membership account using the same phone number, the following will apply:
      • DEPOSIT Points from non-purchase actions (e.g. registration, first-time login) in the new membership account will be deleted.
      • SALE Points earned from actual purchases in the new membership account will be retained and merged with points from the older membership account.
      • Rewards and vouchers from the older membership account will remain. Any rewards or vouchers from the newer account will not be carried over.
      • Order history from both membership accounts will be merged.
      • Redemption safeguard: In the event that DEPOSIT Points from the new membership account have already been redeemed for rewards prior to recovery, such redemptions will remain valid and will be carried over into the older membership account. The corresponding point value will be deducted from the older membership account balance, which may result in a reduced point balance.
  5. DISPUTED TRANSACTIONS
    1. Any dispute regarding the membership points and services must be directed to Machines Customer Care via email at contact@machines.com.my within seven (7) days from the occurrence of the said dispute.
    2. Machines is not obliged to process any disputed transaction if the request is received after seven (7) days from the date of occurrence of the said dispute.
  6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
    1. At the point you apply for Machines+ membership, it is obligatory for you to provide your personal details as below:
      • Mobile number;
      • Email address;
      • Full name (as per your NRIC or Passport);
      • Date of birth;
      • New NRIC number or current passport number (as optional).
    2. You have the right of access to, and alteration of, personal information concerning yourself held by Machines.
    3. The personal data or information collected will be held securely by Machines.
    4. If you access any of Machines' promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires via a third party social networking site, Machines may receive information about your social networking site profile including without limitation the information you make publicly available such as your social networking site user ID, your first, last and user name, profile and cover photos.
    5. Machines is committed to maintaining the security of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take all necessary reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is secured against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or destruction.
    6. The Data Protection and Privacy Policy shall apply whenever you provide Machines with your personal data save and except if it is required by law or any regulatory authority, your personal data will not be released or transmitted to any other party without your permission.
    7. Machines reserves the right to use the database information for the purpose of:
      • managing and improving the membership;
      • administering your account;
      • understanding your shopping behavior in order to develop and improve our products and services;
      • managing promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires;
      • checking and verifying your identity;
    8. By participating in Machines+ membership, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and have given your consent to Machines Sdn Bhd to process your personal data and to communicate through various channels, including mails, emails, telephone calls, SMS messages, electronic Direct Mail (eDM), WhatsApp, notifications at Machines Sdn Bhd outlets, or via the Machines Official Online Store, or any other communication channels deemed appropriate.
    9. Throughout the membership registration process, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your Malaysia registered mobile number to validate your registration. It is important to note that, other than the member registration process, Machines Sdn Bhd will never request SMS verification codes or OTP codes for any other purpose. Therefore, Machines Sdn Bhd strongly advises all members against disclosing any additional information to any third party.
    10. In the event you indicate that you do not want to receive any marketing information from us, this will prevent you from receiving great offers or promotions that may be of interest to you. Please contact our Customer Care at contact@machines.com.my to unsubscribe from receipt of marketing materials.
    11. Please be informed that your personal data may be disclosed to affiliates, service providers and relevant third party business partners of Machines for the purpose as provided herein and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws. Those third parties have access to your personal data only as necessary to perform their functions, and for no other purposes.
    12. You may request for access to or correction of the personal data, submit inquiries or complaints, or limit the processing of the personal data at any time hereafter by submitting such request to Machines via email at contact@machines.com.my. Please note that it is obligatory for you to supply the personal data as per Clause 6(a) above in order for Machines to process your personal data for the purposes mentioned in Clause 6(g), without which Machines will not be able to process your application and to provide adequate services. By providing your personal data and submitting your application including your signature, you expressly consent and agree to the terms above with respect to the processing of your personal data by Machines.

  7. GENERAL
    1. The Machines+ Membership remains the property of Machines at all times.
    2. Machines may, at its discretion at any time, terminate the Machines+ membership by giving thirty (30) calendar days’ notice of termination. Notice of such termination shall be given to you in a manner deemed appropriate.
    3. Machines (including its successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries) and the participating Machines Stores shall not be liable to any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or of any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage.
    4. Machines shall hold no liability in the event that any participating Machines Stores refuse to accept the membership for any reason whatsoever.
    5. The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia. You hereby expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
    6. If any of the provisions herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not be affected.
    7. Machines has the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the membership.
    8. Machines assumes no responsibility for any technical failure of the system that results in your membership not being accepted by any participating Machines Stores.
    9. Machines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time when it is reasonably considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice shall be posted on Machines official website as a notification of the said amendment(s).
    10. Machines is not liable for any loss or inconvenience faced by you as a result of the amendment(s) of these Terms and Conditions.
    11. All communications and/or correspondences by Machines, is either by way of notification through Machines official website, advertisements and/or any other media deemed fit. Any such notification shall immediately supersede the previous communications and/or correspondence with regard to the same matter, unless it is expressed and clearly stated otherwise.
    12. Any notice to be given pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be sufficiently sent to you by way of notification on the Machines official website.
    13. The official Terms and Conditions contained herein on the website serves as the final reference, and any advice or actions by Machines employees inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions will not alter or amend them in any manner.
  8. Machines Mobile App
    1. The Machines mobile application (“Machines Mobile App”) is an extension of the Machines+ membership program and serves as an additional platform for members to access their membership benefits, check points balance, redeem rewards, and receive exclusive updates and promotions.
    2. By using the Machines Mobile App, you agree to abide by all terms in this section, in addition to the Machines+ Terms and Conditions.
    3. Certain features of the Machines+ program are accessible only via the Machines Mobile App, including but not limited to app-exclusive vouchers, limited-time campaigns, and mobile app push notifications.
    4. To access your Machines+ membership via the app, you must log in using your registered mobile number and complete OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your membership account.
    5. Machines reserves the right to update or modify the content, features, design, and functionality of the Machines Mobile App at any time without prior notice.
    6. Any errors, omissions, or delays in app functionality, or technical issues resulting in failed point redemptions or failed voucher claims, must be reported to contact@machines.com.my within seven (7) days of occurrence. Machines is not obligated to honor any claims made after this period.
    7. In the event of disputes related to app usage, such as voucher visibility, redemption issues, or point reflections, Machines' internal system records shall serve as the final and binding reference.
    8. App-exclusive vouchers or features may be subject to additional terms and conditions as stated within the app. Such terms shall be read as supplementary to these Machines+ Terms and Conditions.
    9. Account deletion and recovery requests made through the Machines Mobile App shall be processed in accordance with Clause 4: MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION of these Terms & Conditions.
    10. Machines is not liable for any data charges, mobile network issues, third-party platform downtime, or device incompatibility that may affect your ability to use the Machines Mobile App.
    11. Machines reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the app, or certain app functionalities, if it suspects any misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    12. Notifications sent through the Machines Mobile App, including reward availability, promotional campaigns, and reminders, shall be deemed sufficient notice for all practical and operational purposes.

  1. Where can I apply for a Machines+ Membership?
    You can apply for the Machines+ Membership via Machines website, or Machines Mobile App.
  2. Will I be able to enjoy all member benefits instantly upon sign-up?
    You may start accumulating points immediately after you have successfully signed up as a Machines+ member. However, to qualify for the birthday voucher in the same calendar year, your registration must occur at least 48 hours prior to your birth date.
  3. How many tiers are there in Machines+?
    There are three (3) membership tiers under the Machines+ program.
    • Machines+ EDU: Designed for students and faculty members in higher education in mind.
    • Machines+ Premium: Entry level for all new members and for members with below RM10,000 per annum spend.
    • Machines+ Elite: Members upgraded from Premium tier with more than RM10,000 per annum spent.
  4. How do I earn points for my Machines+ membership?
    Points are awarded based on the Member’s Tier as follows:

    Yes. For Machines+ Premium and Machines+ Elite, points expire in twenty-four (24) calendar months from the points issuance date whereas for Machines+ EDU tier, points expire in thirty-six (36) calendar months from the points issuance date.
  8. Does my Machines+ membership have a validity period?
    Your Machines+ Membership is a lifetime complimentary membership and has no expiry on its validity.
  9. What can I do with the points earned?
    Points redemption can only occur once points are successfully credited to the account. Points will be deducted automatically from a member's account upon redemption of Machines voucher(s).

    10. Can I share my Machines+ membership with others for member benefits?
    We do not encourage sharing of your Machines+ membership to prevent cases of misappropriation of use.
  10. Can we merge the points accumulated from two (2) Machines+ membership accounts owned separately by me and my friend/family?
    The Machines+ membership is designated for individual use by the respective Member only. No merging or transfer of points from different Machines+ membership account(s) is/are allowed.
  11. What is the registered mobile number?
    The registered mobile number is a local Malaysia mobile number which is linked to your Machines+ membership account.
  12. What is an OTP?
    OTP is an "One-Time Password" which is randomly generated and sent to your Malaysia registered mobile number for validation of your registration. OTP will be sent to your Malaysia registered mobile number within five (5) minutes.
  13. Why do I need to provide a Malaysia mobile number?
    In an initiative to enhance the level of security on member registration, we will be using your Malaysia mobile number as your unique Machines+ account ID. “One Time Password” (OTP) will be sent to your Malaysia registered mobile number.
  14. What if I do not wish to provide a Malaysia mobile number to Machines?
    A valid Malaysia mobile number is mandatory to sign up as a Machines+ member. Unfortunately, without a valid Malaysia mobile number, you would not be able to join our Machines+ membership to earn points and enjoy member rewards. All points and voucher redemptions required verification of your registered Malaysia mobile number.
  15. I’m a foreigner without a Malaysia mobile number. Can I still register for a Machines+ membership?
    Machines+ Membership is open to all individual residents of Malaysia with valid/registered Malaysia mobile numbers and who are aged 18 years and above. A valid Malaysia mobile number is mandatory to sign up as a Machines+ member. Unfortunately, without a valid Malaysia mobile number, you would not be able to join our Machines+ membership to earn points and enjoy member rewards.
  16. Are there any privacy protection measures for my personal information submitted online?
    All personal data submitted will be kept highly confidential and secured. Your contact information will be used solely by Machines for marketing promotional purposes only
  1. What is Machines+ Elite?
    Machines+ Elite is an upgraded membership tier which enables members to enjoy exclusive privileges and double rewards.
  2. How do I qualify for the Machines+ Elite tier?
    Machines+ Premium tier members who accumulated RM10,000 annual spending in twelve (12) calendar months will be automatically upgraded to the Machines+ Elite tier membership.
  3. How do I earn points? And how long is the point validity?
    You get two (2) Points for every RM1.00 spent and the points validity will be 24 calendar months for Machines+ Elite commencing from the date the points are credited to your membership account
  4. How long does it take to upgrade my membership status to Matchines+ Elite after I have accumulated RM10,000 annual spending from a recent purchase? What is the qualification period?
    Your upgraded Machines+ Elite tier membership status will be reflected in the next purchase after RM10,000 annual spending has been accumulated. This upgraded membership tier will be valid for twelve (12) calendar months.

    To maintain your Machines+ Elite tier membership, you will need to spend RM 10,000 within twelve (12) calendar months starting from the date you were upgraded to the Machines+ Elite tier.
  5. How long does it take for my points to be credited after a purchase?
    Points will be credited to your account within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase. If your points do not reflect after 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

    Machines+ EDU is a membership tier designed for students and educators with UNiDAYS verification and enables Machines+ EDU members to enjoy Machines Education Pricing and Machines+ perks.
  2. How do I earn points? And how long is the point validity?
    You get one (1) Point for every RM1.00 spent and the points validity will be 36 calendar months for Machines+ EDU commencing from the date the points are credited to your membership account.

    Points validity for Machines+ EDU remainder points earned but not redeemed will change to twenty-four (24) months once the EDU membership tier is automatically adjusted to Machines+ Premium member tier upon the end of the Machines+ EDU member’s graduating year.
  3. What happen to my Machines+ EDU membership tier after my graduating year?
    Your Machines+ EDU membership tier will be automatically adjusted to Machines+ Premium membership tier on the first calendar month of the next following graduating year. Points validity for Machines+ EDU remainder points earned but not redeemed will change to twenty-four (24) months.
  4. How long does it take for my points to be credited after a purchase?
    Points will be credited to your account within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase. If your points do not reflect after 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

  1. What is the Machines App?
    The Machines App is the official mobile application by Machines that gives you convenient access to your Machines+ membership, including checking your points balance, redeeming vouchers, receiving app-exclusive rewards, and staying updated on the latest announcements and events.
  2. Is the Machines App free to download?
    Yes. The Machines App is completely free and available for download via the App Store (iOS).
  3. Do I need to sign up again to use the Machines App?
    No, if you already have a Machines+ membership, simply log in using your registered Malaysia mobile number.
  4. Can I redeem points or claim vouchers using the app?
    Yes. You can view and redeem your available points for Machines vouchers directly within the app. All successful redemptions will be reflected in your “My Rewards” section.
  5. What if I do not receive an OTP when logging into the app?
    Please ensure your mobile number is correctly entered and is registered in Malaysia. If the issue persists, kindly contact our support team at contact@machines.com.my.
  6. Is my personal information safe in the app?
    Yes. All data submitted and stored in the app follows strict data protection measures aligned with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
