   MBSK is a device onboarding and deployment service to help businesses set up and prepare their new Mac and iPad devices so employees can start using them quickly.

2. What is included in MBSK?

   MBSK includes device configuration, setup, user onboarding and remote support to help your team get started with their new devices

3. Can I use MBSK if my company already has an IT team?

   Yes. MBSK can work alongside your IT team to help with device configuration, setup, and onboarding.

4. Can MBSK support remote or hybrid workplaces?

   Yes. MBSK can support both in-office and remote employees.

5. Which devices are supported?

   MBSK is available for Mac and iPad devices only.

6. Can I purchase MBSK again in the future?

   Yes. You can purchase MBSK again when adding new employees, refreshing your old devices or expanding your business by contacting our Business & Education team.

1. How much does MBSK cost?

   MBSK is priced at RM199 per device and is available for both Mac and iPad.

2. Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

   Yes. A minimum of five (5) devices is required.

3. Can I combine Macs and iPads to meet the minimum requirement?

   Yes. Macs and iPads can be combined to meet the minimum quantity requirement.

4. Who can purchase MBSK?

   MBSK is available to businesses that are based in Klang Valley only purchasing Mac or iPad devices.

Retail Purchase-With-Purchase (PWP)

1. How do I purchase MBSK?

   MBSK can be purchased together with a Mac or iPad at participating Machines outlets in Klang Valley.

2. Can I buy MBSK without purchasing a device?

   No. MBSK at Machines outlets is available with the purchase of a Mac or iPad. If you require MBSK as a standalone service, our Business & Education team will be happy to assist you.

3. Can I add MBSK after I have completed my purchase?

   MBSK must be purchased together with your device. If you would like to add it later, please contact our Business & Education team at contact@machines.com.my for assistance.

4. I bought my device previously but did not purchase MBSK. Can I still get it?

   No. Nonetheless, any MBSK enquiry after the original transaction can be referred to Machines’ Business & Education team at contact@machines.com.my (Subject: MBSK Enquiry)

   Yes. Remote support is included as part of the service.
