At our Apple Service Centre, labour charges vary by device and warranty status: 

  • MacOS devices: In-warranty hardware service is free. Out-of-warranty hardware service is RM200 exclusive SST. Software reinstallation is RM200 exclusive SST.
  • iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch & others: In-warranty hardware service is free. Out-of-warranty hardware service is RM100 exclusive SST. Software reinstallation is RM100 exclusive SST.

Yes, we accept device drop-offs at selected Machines retail outlets for both Machines and non-Machines customers. This service is available for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and selected accessories.
