Apple Education Pricing: Discounts for Students & Educators

• The Promotion is valid from 15 June 2024 till 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

• The Promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per cardholder per day only.
• The Promotion is limited to the first two thousand (2,000) redemption throughout the campaign period or until campaign date ended, whichever comes first.

What is the program and how does it work?
This is the Education Rebate Program which is specially designed for college and university students and faculty members. College and university students and faculty members can enjoy exclusive education prices for a brand new Mac or iPad in selected Machines store under this program.

How do I know if I qualify for UNiDAYS?
Students who attend college or university that are given a personal institution email address or credit card style student ID issued directly by their institution qualify for a UNiDAYS account. Students must be over the age of 16 to qualify for a UNiDAYS account.

How do I sign up for UNiDAYS?
Students must first visit UNiDAYS website or download the UNiDAYS app, input your information there and login to retrieve your Eligibility Code (EC).

I am not a student but I work for an educational institution, can I have a UNiDAYS account?
Only students are eligible for a UNiDAYS account, means that we are not able to continue with the verification process for the members of staff for an educational institution.

My institution is not listed, can I still have an account?
When you go through the registration process and are asked for your institution name, there is an option showing Can’t Find Institution. If your institution is not listed, please click this link.

How do I redeem a code?
To redeem a code, please log in to your UNiDAYS account to get your Eligibility Code (EC). Please show the EC to the Machines staff and they will assist to key it into the system to redeem for the Education Pricing for you. Please note that you are required to register with UNiDAYS before you can enter the code.

Can I purchase via credit card installment?
Yes, you may purchase the Education Rebate Program via installment up to 36 months.

I would like to trade in my old Apple device, is it possible to use the my old device trade in value to purchase with the Education Rebate Program?
Yes, you may trade in your old device with us and still enjoy the Education Rebate Program with us.

I have received my UNiDAYS Eligibility Code, but when is it expiring?
The UNiDAYS’s Eligibility Code is valid throughout the duration of the Education Rebate Program until used.

Is EDU pricing still available at Machines Retail Stores and where can I access EDU pricing?
Effective 1st June 2026, EDU Pricing will no longer be available at all Machines Retail Stores and ONLY remains available at the Machines Campus Store located SEGi University, subject to eligibility verification and prevailing terms and conditions.

Can students still purchase Apple products from Machines Retail Stores?
Yes. Students may continue to purchase Apple products at prevailing retail prices and enjoy applicable promotions, campaigns, and financing options.

Will EDU pricing continue to be available at Machines Retail Stores
Effective 1 June 2026, EDU pricing will no longer be available at Machines Retail Stores. However, students and educators may continue to enjoy applicable retail promotions, and offers available to all customers. Machines remains committed to supporting the education community through the Machines+ EDU Membership programme, where eligible members can continue to enjoy reward points, birthday vouchers, and exclusive member benefits, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.

Will I still earn M+ Points on eligible EDU purchases​
Yes. Eligible EDU transactions will continue to qualify for M+ Points in accordance with prevailing M+ membership terms and conditions.

Are there alternative promotions available besides EDU pricing?
Customers may continue to enjoy ongoing retail promotions, financing options, and Back to School (BTS) promotional offers, subject to prevailing campaign terms and conditions.

Product eligibility
Program rebates are available for selected MacBooks, iPad, and AppleCare products (Eligible Products).

Customer eligibility
Only students who are currently enrolled in the National University of Malaysia and whose enrolment has been verified by UNiDAYS are eligible for the student discount. Each such student is eligible for a maximum of one (1) rebate on iPad, one (1) rebate on Mac and one (1) rebate on Apple Pencil during the Calendar year. Campaign eligibility Applicable continuously for SEGi students until further notice.

Rebate Structure
UNiDAYS Eligibility Code is unique per hi-ed student and will allow them to purchase one (1) iPad and one (1) MacBook.

How to Use Eligibility Code

• Our staff will assist you with your student offer. We will verify your information and guide you on how to get your Eligibility Code(EC).
• Once that process is done, you may select your preferred iPad and/or Mac of choice and completed by purchasing your preferred product(s) with the UNiDAYS student offer.
