In light of the Movement Control Order recently announced by the government, from 13 January 2021 onwards, all Machines retail outlets will be open from 10AM to 8PM daily, with strict adherence to SOPs, except for the following:

  • City Square Johor is close, which will reopen on a date to be announced.

We continue to fulfill online orders on www.machines.com.my every weekday with free delivery.

Q: Can I buy online? How long will the delivery take?|
A: We continue to fulfill online orders on www.machines.com.my every weekday with free delivery. Delivery to your address may be expected within 2 to 5 working days. 

Q: What can I do if the item is damaged during shipping? 
A: Please contact the courier and us at contact@machines.com.my within the day of delivery with details and photographs of the damage.

Q: My device is broken/not functioning. I need a repair.
A: Please visit Machines Service at Northpoint Mid Valley or Machines Service The Curve. Please check operation time.

Q: I am seeking technical advice on my device.

Q: What is my repair status?
