Where can I find the pre-order links?

How can I earn membership points for my pre-order via online?
Earning membership points for your online pre-order is easy. Simply follow these steps:

  • Checkout Process: During the checkout process, there will be a section where you can input your phone number.
  • Enter Your Phone Number: Enter your phone number in the format: 60XXXXXXXXX.
  • Points Crediting: Once you've completed the purchase, our team will take care of crediting the membership points to your account associated with the provided phone number.

By following these steps, you'll earn membership points for your pre-order.

Do I need to make full payment for pre-order? Can I make partial payment?
There are 3 payment options available for pre-order;

Can I trade-in my phone for pre-order? 
Trade-in is applicable for pre-order. You can pre-order with a RM300 deposit and upon collection of your new iPhone, you may trade-in your phone and the trade-in value is able to offset the balance payment. View the trade-in price here.

Can I have someone help me collect my pre-order from the store?
For security purposes, kindly follow these steps:

  • You can initiate a request for collection on behalf of someone else by contacting us through our available communication channels:
    • Customer care WhatsApp
    • Machines Facebook Messenger
    • Machines Website Live Chat
  • Provide the necessary details and information about the person who will be collecting the pre-order for you.

Is the instalment option available?
0% Easy Payment Plan up to 36 months is offered for selected credit cards and 0% Easy Payment Plan up to 12 months is offered for debit cards when you check out with Atome or Latitude Pay.

What is Machines Protection Plan (MPP)?
MPP is a Machines warranty extension program for iPhone that protects liquid and accidental damage. Visit our website here or drop by our nearest store for more information.

What if I missed my store collection date?
If you fail to collect your device within forty-eight (48) hours from your selected date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount to you.

Can I walk in to purchase on or after the launch date?
We strongly encourage you to make your pre-order online to secure the unit before visiting the store.

Will you delivery my pre-order to East Malaysia?
Pre-order placed within 22 Sep 2023 - 27 Sep 20232 will be shipped out from 29 Sep 2023 onwards and typically will take 4 - 6 working days for normal delivery.

Can I cancel / refund my order?
General cancellation and refunds are not offered. However, please reach out to our customer support at contact@machines.com.my for further assistance. Cancellation is only allowed if the order has not been packed and shipped from our warehouse.

Can I change my device specification after payment?
No. However, if you wish to change or upgrade the order, you will need to email our customer support team at contact@machines.com.my to cancel your order and place a new one. Standard terms and conditions apply.


How do I pay the remaining balance for Shipping and Same Day Delivery?
Balance payment link will be sent to the customer via email used to register on the checkout page.

How do I pay the remaining balance for Pick-Up In Store?
You can make your balance payment in store when you collect your device.

What happens if I made the balance payment after the cut-off date?
If balance payment is made after the cut-off date, your iPhone will be delivered / pick up on the next batch arrangement.

When can I start to pay for the balance payment?
The balance payment link will be sent to the customer’s registered email within twenty-four (24) hours.

If I make the balance payment right before the cut-off date, will it affect my collection date?
No, it will not affect your collection date. Please make sure you complete the balance payment before the cut-off date or your order will be allocated from the later batches.


Can I pre-order iPhone and sign up for Maxis plan?
Yes, you can. From our website, please select Maxis under the pre-order options. Pre-order a iPhone with RM300 deposit. Select Pick-Up In Store.

How do I know if I am entitled to sign up with Maxis?
Please input your IC Number on the Checkout Page. Maxis’ customer care team will contact you and arrange for walk-in registration.

Can I choose to pre-order with Maxis if I am not a Maxis user?
If you plan to switch your line from another operator, device contract can be signed up and collected upon successful switch to Maxis.

If I fail to sign up my contract with Maxis, can I proceed to refund / cancel my order?
You may cancel the order and Machines will refund the RM300 to you.

If I have an existing contract with Maxis, am I eligible to sign up for a new Maxis device contract?
Please check with Maxis for your eligibility.


Can I change my device variations when I Pick-Up In Store?
No, you cannot. Once you have made your order, your device details will be confirmed by the system and cannot be changed.

What do I need to bring to collect from the store?
To collect your order from the store, please make sure to have the following items with you:

  • Order Confirmation Email: This email serves as proof of your order and is essential for verification.
  • QR Collection Email for Pick-Up In Store: This QR code is provided in the email for collection and is required for the collection process.
  • Identification (IC): Your identification card is necessary for verification purposes upon collection.

Having these items ready will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free collection experience.

Can I add on Machines Protection Plan (MPP) when I Pick-Up In Store?
Yes, you can add on Machines Protection Plan (MPP) if your device is purchased with Machines within thirty (30) days.

If I pre-order my device with Machines Protection Plan (MPP), can I cancel my Machines Protection Plan (MPP) when I Pick-Up In Store?
No, you cannot. You're unable to cancel or request refund on Machines Protection Plan (MPP). Once you have made your order, Machines Protection Plan (MPP) will be registered to the device.

How does Pick-Up In Store work?

  • Step 1 - Checkout at Machines online store and select "Pick-Up In Store".
  • Step 2 - Select the nearest outlet or the event ground at 1 Utama (29 Sep to 1 Oct), and your preferred date and time.
  • Step 3 - Complete the order and we will email your "Pick-Up In Store" QR code.
  • Step 4 - Show the order confirmation email and QR verification code to our staff and collect your device on the selected date and time.

How does Same Day Delivery work?

  • Step 1 - Checkout at Machines online store and select "Same Day Delivery".
  • Step 2 - Fill up your address postcode for verification.
  • Step 3 - Complete the order at Machines online store.
  • Step 4 - Receive your phone on the first day of launch.
