What if I missed my store collection date?
If you fail to collect your device within 48 hours from your selected date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund.
Can I walk-in to purchase on or after the launch date 8 October?
Walk-ins are not encouraged due to Covid-19, we strongly suggest you to make your order online to secure the unit before walking in store.
Will you delivery my order to East Malaysia?
We will ship to East Malaysia and typically will take 7 - 10 working days to arrive for normal delivery.
Can I cancel / refund my order?
Please reach out to our customer service if you wish to cancel the order. We will refund the credit to you. Cancellation is only allowed if the order has not been shipped out from our warehouse.
Can I change my device specification after payment?
We will process the order according to the order details. If you wish to change the order details, you will have to cancel the order and place a new order.
How to select instalment plan for credit card?
To select instalment plan, please select full payment product and checkout. While you checkout with iPay88, you may click the "Credit" to see the drop down of the banks. You may choose the bank card that you would like to use for the instalment plan.
Can I purchase iPhone 13 and sign up for Maxis plan?

How do I know if I am entitled to Sign Up with Maxis?
Please input your IC Number on Checkout Page. Maxis customer care team will contact you and arrange for walk in registration.
Can I choose Maxis if I am not a Maxis user?
If you plan to switch your line from other operator, device contract can be signed up and collected upon successful switch to Maxis.
If I fail to sign up my contract with Maxis, can I proceed to refund / cancel my order?
You may cancel the order and Machines will refund the RM300 to you.
If I have an existing contract with Maxis, am I eligible to sign up a new Maxis device contract?
Please check with Maxis for your eligibility.
Can I change my device variations when I Pick-Up In Store?
No, you can't. Once you made your order and your device details will be confirmed by the system and unchangeable.
What do I need to bring to collect from the store?
Please show your order confirmation upon collection for verification purpose.
Can I add on MPP when I Pick-Up In Store?
Yes, you can add on MPP if your device are purchased with Machines within 1 month period.
If I purchased my device with MPP, can I cancel my MPP when I Pick-Up In Store?
No, you are unable to cancel / refund MPP. Once you made your order and MPP will be register to the device.
