In light of the recent announcement on Movement Restrictions Order (MRO) by the government, all Machines outlet and Machines service centres will close from 18 March to 14 April 2020.
Machines Online is open at www.machines.com.my. Fulfilment and delivery at best effort during MRO. May take 2 - 4 days or longer.

Q: Can I buy online? How long will the delivery take?
A: We will take 2 - 4 working days (excluding weekends) to deliver the product to your home. In-store pick up is currently suspended.
Q:What can I do if the item is damaged during shipping?
A: Please contact both DHL and Machines and we’ll respond as soon as possible to this issue. You can drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: My device is broken. I need a repair.
A: We’re sorry, our service centres are closed during the MRO period. You will have to wait until the MRO is over, make an appointment via https://www.machines.com.my/pages/service and drop by our service centres at the designated date and time you have chosen.
Q: How can we check unit availability at this time?
A: We are unable to confirm stock availability for now as all our Machines store are closed & system currently offline due to the movement restriction from 18th to 31st of March. If you are able to add an item to a cart at the online store and pay for it, that item is available.
Q: How can I collect my device from the service centers and Machines stores?
A: Due to Movement Restriction, all collections will start on 1st April onwards. Your devices will be kept at the store and service centers. No forfeits will be imposed.
Q: My warranty period is ending soon.
A: Please contact Apple Care Support at 1800 80 3638, and take down the case number for reference. Apple will not forfeit your warranty due to the movement restriction. You can send in the device after 14th of April at our service centers and provide the reference number.
Q: I am seeking advice on my device.
A: Please contact Apple Support at 1800 80 3638 for further assistance on your enquiry as we are unable to provide technical support.
Q: Is Machines store and service centres open?
A: We are sorry to inform you that all of our Machines outlets and services are closed from 18th to 14 April 2020 due to movement restrictions imposed by the government.
Q: What is my repair status?
A: Work will resume on the 14 of April 2020 due to movement restrictions imposed by our government. The 7 - 10 working days that were agreed upon the intake form will continue.

Q: I lost my receipt
A: For lost receipts, we recommend our customers to drop email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team would be able to assist you in looking for your lost receipt. Please provide the name of the item,
