1. What is Split?
Split is an installment payment service that allows you the choice of paying in up to 3 equal monthly payments online.
2. Payment methods.
You can pay with Split using any credit or debit card from any bank.
3. Interest and fees.
There are no interest, late fees, processing fees, or any hidden fees.
4. My payment was declined.
Please check that you have enough funds in your payment method for the first installment. After that, ensure your bank is not blocking e-commerce transactions. Note that we currently only accept debit or credit cards from banks - this means no prepaid cards.
5. Making payments.
Your installment payments will automatically be deducted from your selected payment method. All you need to do is ensure you have enough funds in your chosen payment method.
